Elena Fitzhenry

I'm excited to be teaching First Grade this year! This is my ninth year teaching and my third year teaching at Robinson. Previously, I taught First Grade for five years at Bayless Elementary and taught a First through Third Multi-age Montessori class in the St. Louis Public Schools. I enjoyed substitute teaching in Kirkwood, Webster Groves, University City and the Special School District.

I have a Master’s Degree from National Louis University, a Graduate Certificate in Individualized Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Harris-Stowe State University. 

I love living in Kirkwood with my husband, two teenagers and my pets. We enjoy spending time together as a family. Some of my favorite hobbies include sports and gardening and I love animals and nature!
